While IPODERAC raises up to 50% of its funding through the sale of artisan goat cheeses to restaurants and boutique grocery stores, your donation helps provide the balance needed for the remaining operating costs of supporting the boys and girls 24 hours a day 365 days per year. This takes staff, food, house maintenance and utilities, clothing, books and other services that IPODERAC provides to help the boys become self-sufficient when they leave.

Volunteer
Volunteering is a powerful way to bridge the gap between societies and take an active role in impacting the welfare of others. It's also a great way to meet new people, learn about another culture, and develop leadership and communication skills.
IPODERAC has volunteer opportunities in Atlixco, Mexico for those who want to immerse themselves in the family of IPODERAC and have a positive effect on children's lives.
If you would like to learn more about volunteer opportunities at IPODERAC, please email August Ritter. Volunteers who can speak Spanish at the intermediate level and are able to volunteer for a minimum of three months are preferred.

Host a Fundraiser
Events are a great way to educate others about the plight of homeless and abandoned children in Mexico and the work being done at IPODERAC to help reduce the number of youth in this situation.
